A contact can belong to several groups: volunteers, parents, supporters, customers, or an entire organization. Search and filters help you find the people you need.
Group names are yours to choose. A booster club, sports program, bookstore, or bakery can organize its contacts just as a church or nonprofit can.

Readers should be able to read your newsletter without following an excerpt link to finish every article. Optional links can still point to an event, a resource, or a next step.
The current build includes previews, drafts, and immediate or scheduled sending simulations. Live email delivery and supporting online and PDF editions remain planned.

Let volunteers know where to meet, share a practice update with parents, or prepare a notice for interested customers. Use your existing groups instead of maintaining a separate set of text lists.
Save a text draft and review it in a phone-style preview. Sending is currently simulated; live SMS delivery and scheduled texts are future work.

Two-way texting is part of the plan: group announcements with private replies, organized in one shared Inbox.

The Inbox is designed to help authorized people see which conversations need a reply, take responsibility for an answer, and close the conversation when it is finished. A private reply stays a conversation rather than becoming another group broadcast.
The local preview supports sample conversations, assignment, replies, and Needs reply, Waiting, and Closed views. Real incoming texts, group-specific access, and replies from external collaborators’ phones are still being developed.
Room for the people helping

Dialogos is being designed for teams and external collaborators, with access appropriate to the work they do.
Planned pricing is one flat rate with a set allowance of emails and texts included. You won’t pay a separate seat fee for each person helping. Prices and included quantities have not yet been announced.
